We've exhausted our supply of leaf lettuce and broccoli and sugar snap peas. The bush beans are going right now and the zucchini is taking over the world, not to mention all of our basil and more basil and more basil. The cilantro is doing ok - it's getting swallowed by the zucchini. I can't wait to eat some fresh carrots, too. Last, but not least, is our peppers. They're going strong right now. We plan on planting more lettuce very soon - it should go well into October. Did I mention we did this in a 4x8 raised bed?

Isn't eating food right from your backyard awesome! I'm so thrilled with our garden this year - I go and survey it every day.

Anyway - congrats to your new "Scout" status :-)

-Jason
http://www.screamtobegreen.com

I am truly delighted!
